On assignment for Provamel (the strictly organic and eco-social division of Alpro), these are impressions of the soy bean harvest in Northern China. Chapters include:
* views of the Sustainable Environment, the Soy Bean Fields and Crop Rotation,
* casual portraits of the Farmer on his Field, documentary scenes of Harvest,
* close ups of the Soy Plants and Soy Beans around harvest time.
Finally also some eco-social impressions of Building the Future.
