Johan invited me to attend and photograph a cooking workshop, organised for the visiting guides and foreign contacts of his travel organisation "Hola Pola".
Here are my impressions, shot with a range of lenses on Olympus E-3 and E-5 cameras, mostly in ambient (very mixed and tricky) light, and a few with on-camera flash.
